COACHING – Let me start by saying that Coaching has taken on a new meaning in the last decade. We think about a worldly, self-absorbed type of focus. But, I am here to show that there is only one Coach and His name is Jesus, I am just a support coach, and encourager for you, as you walk out your God-given gifts and talents, and start to build a purposeful life plan.

What does that look like? We talk, we pray, we plan. You drive the decisions, I just help to coach you through the process. I ask questions, lots of questions., and help you find that very thing that God has been calling you to do. Then, I assist you in building a unique plan just for you. You may have already identified your gift, and just need support with planning, growing, and implementing those plans. Wherever you are, we will start there. If you have no plan and no idea where to start, that is okay too. I am just so excited that you are starting now.

The Lord of hosts has sworn: “As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand…” Isaiah 14:24

ABOUT ME – So, let me clarify what it is that I offer. I believe that I am called to serve and to support women in finding and implementing their ministry, yes, ministry. I have done this with so many women, and even teens. It is such a joy for me to see people find their God-focused purpose, and start building a solid timeline and plan.

Yes, I am certified in Coaching using Strategic Intervention techniques, by Tony Robbins. But, this goes beyond any course or certification. This is about using my God-given gift to show God’s love to others. This brings me such fulfillment to help others find their own God-given gift, and start using it to share His love with others.

Let me stop here and tell you what to expect. Before we get started with anything, we can talk (totally free) to see if you are comfortable with the process, and with me. Then, we will work together to design a plan for you. Now, I do not have a set fee, I believe that you should decide on the cost for this service. Since it is my ministry, I am open to what you decide to pay. But, I encourage you to read on to learn a little more about the process before signing up for a call.

MINISTRY – Your purpose is your ministry. Take a minute and consider what God has called you to do. Don’t worry, if you have no idea, I have a great activity that has been very successful in this area.

What does a ministry look like? My dad was a minister while he was laying bricks. Parents can be ministers in their homes with their families. I have a dear friend that has a ministry of developing products for teaching children about Jesus. Another was a teen that I have been working with for many years and now she is in college. I was so blessed to see her grow and bloom into a young woman with a plan and goals.. She is now working on a singing and counseling ministry. Some ministries come from our life experiences as well.

Many of us have suffered a set-back in life that we have overcome through faith and grace. You may be called to help others to see how to follow that same redemptive path. There are so many different ministries because we are all unique and gifted with different talents and experience to share with others.

WHY IS COACHING NEEDED? In our world today, we see so many people living out their ministries and many seem attractive to us. But, your ministry is not their ministry. God had a plan just for YOU. Only you can do what He has gifted you.

Also, it is sometimes hard to disaggregate your ministry from some worldly interests and we may need to come back to that God-centered focus. It helps to have someone to guide you as you make those decisions, a kind of accountability partner. This helped me tremendously.

Finally, is the overwhelm or distraction that we sometimes bring on ourselves because we are trying to do it all, or do it too soon. Having someone help us really focus and plan one step at a time can be such a blessing. It is much easier for an outsider to see the end and help you get there strategically.

GIFTS, TALENTS, and YOUR PURPOSE – We all are called to use our own God-given gifts and talents. Your ministry is valuable and greatly needed. I know that imposter syndrome is real and at times we do not feel valued or even needed…but you are! What you have to share is important, or God would have not have gifted you with this talent. God would not have brought you through that experience to just keep silent. There is someone out there that needs to hear, learn, and be blessed by you.
